Peanut Sauce

Works very well with stir-fried tofu and greens or any steamed vegetables.

Ingredients

1/2 cup peanut butter
1-2 cloves of garlic
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. vinegar, rice vinegar or cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
1/2 cup hot water


Mix all ingredients together, adding the water last.
