Apple Cinnamon Couscous


1 cup apple juice
2 tbl dried apples diced
2 tbl Raisins
1 tsp cinnamon or to taste
1/2 cup couscous


Put apple juice, dried apple, Raisins and cinnamon in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.

Stir in couscous, cover, and remove from heat.

Let stand 5 minutes.

Fluff couscous with a fork and serve.
